Baked with love, in small batches
The Cozy Cove began in a tiny kitchen with Grandma's recipe box and a stubborn craving for something more honest than what was on the shelf.
Every cookie, roll and bar that leaves our kitchen is mixed, scooped and baked by hand the morning you receive it. We use European butter, single-origin chocolate, real vanilla, and flour from a regional mill.
We keep batches small on purpose — it lets us pay attention. To the way the butter browns. To how a dough rests overnight. To the way a flaky finish of sea salt turns a good cookie into one you'll remember.
