Important order policy
Custom Order Policies
- All custom orders require a minimum of TWO (2) WEEKS advance notice.
- A NON-REFUNDABLE 50% deposit is required to reserve your order date.
- Orders are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
- Final payment is due before pickup.
- Changes to custom orders must be requested at least 7 days before pickup.
- Availability is limited during holidays and peak seasons.
