Catering FAQ
A few of the things our hosts ask most often before booking their cookie spread.
- How far in advance do I need to book catering?
- We ask for at least two weeks' notice so every cookie is baked in small batches and styled to match your event. For weddings, large corporate orders, or anything over 200 cookies, four to six weeks is ideal. Last-minute requests are accepted only when our schedule allows — reach out and we'll let you know.
- Is there a minimum number of guests or cookies?
- Catering orders start at 48 cookies (roughly 16–24 guests, depending on package). Our Ice Cream Social and Cookie & Ice Cream Bar are priced per guest with a 20-guest minimum so we can bring the full setup and serving experience.
- Do you deliver, or is it pickup only?
- We deliver within a 15-mile radius of Matteson, Illinois for a flat fee starting at $25, scaled by distance and order size. Pickup from our kitchen is always free and can be arranged the morning of your event. Full-service drop-off styling (trays, signage, labels) is available as an add-on.
- How does the deposit work?
- A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your event date and locks in your package pricing. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. Deposits can be transferred to a new date once if you give us at least 14 days' notice.
- Can I make changes after I book?
- Absolutely. Flavor swaps, guest count tweaks, and frosting upgrades are welcome up to 7 days before your event. After that, the menu and headcount are locked so our bakers can shop, prep, and bake on schedule.
- Do you accommodate allergies or dietary needs?
- Our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs, and tree nuts, so we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. We're happy to flag nut-free flavors and discuss what's possible — just share the details on your request form and we'll follow up.
